Vice President, Client Services
Craig Fagin, NASCO’s Vice President of Client Services is responsible for leading the company’s client facing teams including: Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing and Communications as well as delivery teams including Professional Services, Implementation Services, and Customer Success. Craig’s Professional Services and Customer Success teams support all of NASCO’s Plan customers, providing solutions including Consulting, Testing/Automation, BPS, Workforce Readiness, as well as Business Analysis, Technical Consultant and Program/Project resources/management.
Craig works closely with our Blue Plan customers to ensure that NASCO aligns with their needs, strategies and goals and they continue to receive the outstanding quality and service with which they are accustomed. Craig is also charged with ensuring our Plans get the most out of our Products and Services from initial sales through implementation.
Craig has worked in healthcare technology for over 27 years, working at Ernst & Young, Physicians Health Corporation and at NASCO for the past 20 years. Craig has held multiple roles at NASCO, including Executive Director of Client Delivery and Professional Services and Director of eBusiness. Craig has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from Georgia State University.
